  • ACC/ARC Requests

    If you are modifying elements on the exterior of your home, the Association requires you submit an ACC request to the Architectural Review Committee/Board of Directors with details about the changes you wish to make. This should include schematics, color swatches, material samples, plat placement, diagrams, etc. to fully explain the changes, colors, style, design, etc. of the project. 

    The ACC request form is available under community information > documents > ACC/ARC Committee

    The ACC request is submitted under account information > ACC request. Fill out the form and upload the form and other information Attachments > Choose files.

  • Pets in the Community
    Please remember to keep all DOGS on leashes within the Association. Please clean up your dogs feces and dispose of it in an appropriate manner. 
    Let's keep the community safe and clean for all residents.

    PMI Property Solutions uses homewisedocs.com for all estoppel requests and closings.

    ***The LCAM & PMI Property Solutions are not responsible for lost or late payments. When mailing checks to the PMI

    Property Solutions PO Box for your association, please allow 7-10 business days before your payment is

    due to accommodate the USPS service speed and CA processing time. Late fees and interest are set by the

    community docs and can’t be changed by the LCAMs or PMI.***

  • Welcome to your Portal!

    Welcome to the PMI Web Portal for your Community Association.

    The webportal "assessments" tab has your ledger and HOA assessments, which will post 10 days before they are due. There is also a recurring payment option on the portal or you can complete the ACH form and return it to us to set up an ACH recurring payment.

    "Community information" has your document folders with important information about the Association including meetings and financials.
